I'm curious about LASIK and LASEK.

LASIK and LASEK are known to differ in recovery time, pain levels, and the amount of corneal tissue removed. Which procedure is more commonly performed these days? Is it decided based on examination results?

I'm thinking about vision correction, but I'm really worried. I'm also concerned about side effects... I'm curious if LASIK or LASEK can be done even if my vision worsens significantly.
