Is it okay to have varicose vein surgery in the summer?

The varicose veins are getting worse, so I think I need to undergo a procedure.

They said you should wear a compression bandage for about a week after the procedure.

I'm scared just thinking about applying a compression bandage in this hot weather.

I think I will sweat a lot and it will be difficult.

We initially decided to proceed with the procedure around winter.

I'm worried that it will get worse and worse until then.

I don't want to take a whole week off my precious annual leave because of varicose veins.
