Is it true that eyebrow tattooing is done according to the natural line?

When doing eyebrow tattooing, I drew each line carefully.

But as time went by, it actually looks like eyebrows.

It's not a line, it just looks like it's been filled in with an eyebrow pencil.

It feels like it has been painted with color.

Is it supposed to be like that originally?

Or if you do it at a place with real skill

Does it come out naturally like real eyebrows??
