(Concern) Blemishes, Elasticity

Starting from my school days as someone with acne, I have never had good skin in my entire life since then. I wanted to improve my skin, so from my mid-20s to mid-30s, when I was just starting my career, I consistently received treatments at hospitals, Korean medicine clinics, and skin care centers. I just spent money on itㅠㅠ Still, I realized that skin improvements are really just temporary when you spend money on them. Now in my early 40s, my sebum has decreased, and naturally, my skin troubles have lessened. However, I am now full of concerns about dark spots and elasticity. The laser treatments I received a long time ago didn't produce dramatic effects temporarily, but I am curious if the high-priced, specialized modern lasers are effective for dark spots and elasticity, based on the experiences of those who have tried them.
