(Concern) Melasma worry

I have had many freckles on my face since I was young and I haven't paid much attention to them.

Lately, it seems that the area of my melasma has been expanding and worsening.

Since I haven't been managing it, I think the dark spots are getting worse and increasing, so I want to try managing it.

I want to try skin laser treatment.
