I'm worried because the hollowness under my eyes has worsened.

As I age, it seems that the fat under my eyes is gradually decreasing, causing more pronounced hollowness. At first, I thought it was due to severe dark circles, but as aging progresses, the under-eye hollowness worsens. From what I've heard from others, fat repositioning surgery cannot be performed if there is no fat left. In such cases, is autologous fat grafting the only solution?
