Removal method for genital flat warts

I think I'm getting older, and things that didn't exist before are appearing on my skin a lot.

It seems like I keep getting warts on my neck and flat warts on my face.

I saw a post saying it spreads gradually, should I remove it all at once?

It seems like there's a lot of transfer, and it will cost a lot of money, and I think I will have a hard time with skin regeneration after the laser. I can't even think about it, is laser the only treatment option?

Do I need to remove all of them so they don't come back again?
