Chronic venous insufficiency stage

Even if I walk or stand for just a little while, my legs become unusually stiff compared to others, and I experience severe swelling and constant pain while sleepingㅠㅠ Even after doing leg elevation exercises, it takes a few days for my legs to feel soft again. When I look at the back of my knees in the mirror, I can see many veins extending to my thighs, and I'm worried it might get worseㅠㅠ Has anyone experienced this condition worsening from the early stages?ㅠㅠ
