Teachers! I got my arms toned and now I can wear sleeveless shirts โค๏ธ๐๐ป
๐ What procedure did you receive?
Set bundled with 360-degree arm movement, superclavicular area, slight collarbone, and subcutaneous suction
๐ Why did you decide to undergo this procedure?
My arms are so thick that I was always worried, but I decided to try wearing a sleeveless top and went ahead with the surgery immediately.
๐ How satisfied were you with the procedure?
I'm truly 500% satisfied.
๐ How would you rate the pain during the procedure? Please express it with a number from 1 to 5! (1: Almost no pain, 3: Bearable, 5: Very painful)
3 (I also donate blood frequently, and I can tolerate the pain well enough!)
๐ How was the service at the hospital where you received this procedure? (Consultation/Staff service)
They were really very kind, and since I live in Daegu, I went to another area for surgery, but they explained everything step by step, and I also received a call after the surgery.
๐ How much was the procedure cost? (If you received a discount, please specify the discounted amount!)
200 (a little more when including VAT)
Cash and card prices are the same.
I remember the original event price was between 159 and 169, but since my MBI score is high, an additional fee was added.

Hello, community seniors!!
Many people probably watch plastic surgery apps, but I am planning to post a review after my friend did it first and saw results. I decided on arm liposuction (without compression garment) after that. Actually, since it's summer, I chose a place without compression garments (there are a few places in Seoul, Busan, etc., that do not use compression garments).
To get straight to the point, I am 158 cm tall and weighed 67 kg, and I lost 2 kg before surgery. I took a lot of iron supplements before the procedure! Of course, fasting was mandatory before the surgery ๐ญ I considered various areas like my arms and thighs, but I decided to do my arms first. I was scared because I heard I needed to remove as much as 10,000 cc from my thighs, so I planned to do my arms first and then my thighs.
Since I mainly have fat in my arms and no muscle, I found it bothersome to make a reservation by phone in advance, see the doctor separately, and go through the trouble of visiting multiple times. Also, because I am older, after talking with many people who had similar surgeries, I first paid a reservation fee (10% of the surgery cost) at the hospital and just went directly to the hospital.
It was my first time undergoing a liposuction surgery, and I didn't know anything, but after chatting with many people through the app, KakaoTalk, and chat, I wasn't nervous at all. I went straight into the hospital to greet everyone, and after consulting with the director before the surgery, I asked him to pay special attention to this area. The director is really cool and has a good personality, and what I was particularly satisfied with was that he asked me to tell him if there were any parts I wanted to remove more or if I had any specific preferences. Since my breasts are quite large, I specifically requested him to pay attention to the sides of my breasts. Also, it wasn't a factory-style hospital with many staff members, but only the director was there, so I felt trustworthy. Of course, the anesthesiologist was also present, which made me feel even more confident.
If you watch YouTube or news, you'll see that there are many people performing surgeries on behalf of doctors who only have medical licenses and lack public health or surgical experience, so you need to be careful. You also know that among the hospitals in Jiheup, there have been recent fatalities, and there are many hospitals on the blacklist, right?
The price was discussed with the director, and after paying the remaining amount, I lay down on the operating table and when I woke up, it was over. I was going to ask for a photo of the fat, but I forgot. However, they took the photo for me and sent it to me.

It's a bit gross, isn't it... Usually, I do a lot of research and follow my friends, but if the blood volume is just over 300cc in this capacity, they say it's really just fat (that's what people who have had surgery told me).
You can leave work after the surgery, but because of me, you haven't even left work, and it's a place without compression garments, so I could have told you to go home. (At a hospital in Seoul, where there are three or four directors, I was lying down for less than two hours, and they put on compression garments and told me to go home, so I decided not to go to that hospital.) They insisted I stay lying down longer and leave only when I was ready, and I was truly touched by that.
My younger sibling also greets a lot when they come out.
The nurses I saw were all so kind that they kept saying it over and over again! Haha
I'll show you the before and after photos you're most curious about.

My forearms on the second page... just, ugh, I can't do it ใ ใ I have no more strength.
ย
This is the 7th day after surgery. There is no compression garment, and there is no swelling or bruising... I was also surprised.
ย
I think it's amazing that I don't get bruises or swelling like this even without wearing compression garments, and honestly, the few double eyelid surgeries I've had so far were really a waste of my own moneyโmoney well spent!
Everyone, for the summer, if you endure the pain and hardship for just a month, I highly recommend this surgery. It's not necessarily a must, but let's find clarity through surgery!!
I am extremely satisfied with my arms even at this very moment.
