Difference in price range between LASIK and LASEK

I really want to go to a good place to get my eyes done, but it's hard to tell if the reviews are genuine or just advertisements. There are many places where it's difficult to tell.

I can't tell whether it's cheap or expensive or which is better based solely on the amount. What factors should I consider when choosing a hospital within a certain price range?
