Cost-effective Daiso Gua Sha

Since I mainly do spinning, I often experience tightness in my lower body, especially my calves. Of course, I loosen my muscles with a massage roller before and after exercising at the center, but since I finish late and am in a hurry to shower and leave, I simply use a guasha tool at home. The Daiso guasha is surprisingly durable for its low price and provides good stimulation. It's also not a secret that it can be used for scalp massage.
