Cataracts and LASIK

I had LASIK surgery in the past, and lately I've been hearing this kind of sound.

People who have had LASIK surgery are told they cannot undergo surgery when cataracts develop.

Is it true?

When I looked it up on the internet, I heard that the surgical areas are different, so people who have LASIK later on

Is it impossible to undergo surgery even if I have symptoms of cataracts?

Recently, I sometimes see black dot-like things on one side and my vision occasionally becomes blurry.

I'm worried. Also, I wonder if presbyopia and cataracts just happen to occur together.
