By any chance, is there a treatment available for melasma on the body?

It's bothering me that dark spots that look like pigmentation have appeared on my arms and shoulders lately, not just my face.

Are there any lasers or procedures available to improve pigmentation on the body that resembles freckles or blemishes?

My skin is thicker than my face and the area is large, so I'm not sure what kind of procedure I should get.

If anyone has had body pigmentation treatments, I'm curious to know what kind of treatment you received and if the results were good!

바디 색소는 원인에 따라 치료방식이 달라질 수 있는데, *잡티, 검버섯 → 색소 레이저나 IPL *염증 후 색소침착 → 저강도 레이저 + 미백 관리 *기미성 색소 → 자극을 줄인 레이저, 약물치료 등을 고려 팔, 어깨 색소는 자외선 영향으로 보통 1회로 끝내기보다 4~8주 간격으로 3~5회 정도 치료하면서 경과를 보는 경우가 많아요.

몸에 있는 기미가 정말 기미인지 색소침착이나 검버섯 같은 다른 종류인지 먼저 확인하는 과정이 필요할 것 같습니다. 그 이후 치료방향이 결정되지 않을까 싶어요.
