Is there a big difference in laser hair removal depending on the clinic?

I went for consultations to try hair removal properly this summer, but I found that the recommended number of sessions and the equipment used varied from clinic to clinic.

I feel it would be a shame to decide based solely on the price, so I would like to hear about your experiences first.

For those of you who have received laser hair removal, what did you consider most important when choosing a clinic?
