Do I need to get liposuction to deal with the love handles I can feel with my hands?

After giving birth to three children, all that's left is sagging belly fat and body fat.

It feels like my love handles are getting more and more prominent. Is liposuction the only way to get rid of them?

Since my sides are like this, my waistline looks like a mess too. I want to try exercising first, and if that doesn't work, I want to get a procedure.
