It would be good to receive good treatments regularly, though.

The cost is very burdensome, and it is difficult to make time for it.

시간도 문제고 특히 비용이 만만치 않으니 시작하기 쉽지 않죠
그래서 저도 시작하기가 어렵네요
집에서라도 잘 관리해봐야죠
