Can the bumpy sebum around my nose be cleared up with an Aqua Peel?

Perhaps because it is summer, I am concerned that I have excessive sebum around my nose, causing my makeup to look bumpy and cakey even after application. I am worried that extracting the sebum might enlarge my pores, so I am looking into Aqua Peel to manage the condition cleanly without irritation. Is Aqua Peel really effective for clearing out old sebum and blackheads around the nose?
