I have dark blackheads only around my nose. How should I manage them?

My husband has dark blackheads concentrated only around his nose, so I am using a blackhead suction device to remove them.

I am satisfied because my skin feels tidy after using the suction device, but I have to do it at least once a week, and cleaning it afterward is a hassle. Are there any effective home care methods other than a blackhead suction device?
