Will a facelift have a dramatic effect on sagging cheeks?

I am looking into this because my cheeks are severely sagging, and I came across an article saying that a facelift is very effective and can restore my appearance to what it was 10 years ago.

I'm very worried about my sagging face these days. Will I definitely look younger and see good results after surgery?

There are limits to what I can manage with cosmetics alone, so lately I've become interested in cosmetic procedures.
