Can BCG (tuberculosis) scars be improved with percutaneous laser treatment?

My children received the BCG (tuberculosis) vaccination via the percutaneous (stamp) method. At the time of vaccination, the doctor recommended it because it leaves no scars, but even now that they are in their 20s, 18 needle marks remain clearly visible. My daughter enjoys wearing sleeveless tops in the summer, and it seems the scars bother her quite a bit. She asked if it is possible to remove them. Has anyone had BCG percutaneous scar removal done? I am curious about whether there is any improvement and how long the treatment takes. Please share any useful information.
