What treatment is effective for nose pores that are wide open like volcanic scoria?

The pores on my nose and butterfly zone are full of holes like volcanic rock.
Even if I apply a lot of primer to cover it up, it all gets stuck in the pores after a while.

I've heard that the procedure where needles are inserted while radio frequency is effective for shrinking pores. Is it effective? Has anyone had a nose pore treatment? Which procedure would be the most effective?
