Is it normal for the skin to become more sensitive after a laser procedure?

I am curious about the changes in my skin after the laser treatment.

I heard that there are cases where people become temporarily sensitive.

I'm not sure if this is a normal reaction or a cause for concern.

I am also curious if it is related to the skin barrier.

Does it naturally return to normal during the recovery process?
