The red mark next to my nose won't go away. Can acne red marks be removed with a laser?

I hardly ever get acne itself, but
I'm stressed because the red marks on the side of my nose and around my cheeks keep lingering.

(The red marks that look like dots in the center and on the side of the nose.)

It gets covered up with makeup, but if I go to a brightly lit place, everything shows up again.
Especially when I take photos without makeup, that part looks red, so it feels like my skin looks sensitive for no reason.

I heard that lasers like V-Beam are good for red marks.
I'm curious how many times you actually need to do it to see noticeable improvement.

I would also like to know if the redness or peeling tends to last a long time after the laser treatment.
