My philtrum is long, making me look older. Is there a surgery to reduce it?

My philtrum is too long, making my mid-face look longer, and consequently, I look older.

I do a makeup look where I lift my lip line to create an over-lip effect and try to make my lips look smaller.

That alone is still not enough.

Can you narrow the space between my nose and lips a bit?

I am curious whether an incision is necessary, if there is a non-incisional method, and the procedure itself.
