Does hives leave scars too?

Sometimes I get rashes like hives.

It doesn't tickle or feel itchy, so I don't scratch it.

The hives should go away once they subside, but a few of them have left scars and won't disappear.

I don't really think there is any ointment...

But it's not really a wound, so I don't feel like applying ointment...

Can scars from hives rashes also be removed with laser treatment?
