I'm bothered by the small age spots under my eyes.

I often hear that I look much older than my actual age because of the age spots under my eyes. Also, even when I am not tired, they look like dark circles, making my impression look gloomy, and I am self-conscious because the spots under my eyes stand out whenever I take photos.

I want to get laser treatment, but I am worried about scarring or hyperpigmentation. It also seems to be getting darker, so I am concerned it might get bigger.

I am also worried that it might be painful or dangerous since it is close to the eyes.
