Question) What treatment is best for red marks and pitted acne scars?

My son took Isotretinoin for 3 months because of acne.

I guess it's effective because I haven't gotten any acne.

I have quite a few acne scars from the past, including red marks.

There are also areas that have turned brown, and pitted scars.

I want to treat these scars, but what kind of procedure is it?

Would that be good? Also, if I stop Isotretinoin treatment and the acne...

If it recurs, should I postpone scar treatment?
