[Question] Can I remove all the skin tags that keep appearing on my neck at once?

Small blemishes resembling skin tags are increasing around my neck.

The size is changing little by little, and the number is increasing. Are the skin tags spreading as well?

Can something like this be removed all at once with a laser at a dermatology clinic?

I am curious whether it works in one session or if I need multiple treatments, and I am also wondering if scars will remain or reappear.
