Thinking of getting moles removed, but getting even the tiny ones wiped out in one go?!

I am considering removing it.

The question is whether it is correct to do multiple things at once.
The point is that I cannot decide whether it is better to split the work.

I think managing it all at once would be a hassle.
I am worried that splitting it up will make the process take longer.

There is also talk that pigment may remain after removal.
It is unclear how to determine the timing or method.
