Is it possible to treat pigmentation around the mouth?

Is there anyone here with pigmentation around their mouth?

I don't know why there are so many defects here and there.

I have a skin type that gets dead skin cells and pigmentation really easily.

Pimple marks easily lead to hyperpigmentation, and I am extremely stressed because the dark spots, especially around my mouth, are uneven.

Even though I see my face every day, it is so dark and patchy that it is shocking; it looks very messy, and even when I try to cover it with concealer, it seems to look even messier.

The corners of my mouth are very sensitive, and I'm not sure if this area can be treated with something like a laser.
