Concerns about nose tip procedure

Surgery to change the entire nose is too burdensome.
I am considering a procedure to just slightly refine the tip of my nose.

It's a complex for me, so I really want to try it, but

Since the procedure doesn't last a lifetime, I'm wondering if I shouldn't touch it unless I plan to have surgery.
