Review of preventing varicose veins through regular exercise and helpful care

As my job requires me to stand for long periods, my legs often swelled and blood circulation was poor. I heard that persistent symptoms could lead to varicose veins, so I made an effort to prevent them. Stretching frequently and consistently taking supplements that aid blood circulation helped prevent the condition.

 

First, to prevent varicose veins, I avoided staying in the same position for a long time and stretched frequently by raising and lowering my legs or heels.

Also, I took Ilyang Pharmaceutical’s Premium Ginkgo Magnain. As a ginkgo leaf extract supplement, it helps improve blood circulation, so taking it consistently was good for preventing varicose veins.

 

Third, to prevent varicose veins, I wore compression stockings to help send venous blood from my legs back to the heart, and it was definitely very effective in reducing swelling and improving blood circulation.

And I made it a habit to eat bland food instead of salty food. This is because eating bland food prevents swelling in the body or legs.

In addition, I placed a pillow under my legs to elevate them above my heart, thereby lowering venous pressure and preventing varicose veins.

    저도 거의 종일 서 있어야 하는데 더 가니 허리까지 아프더라구요 보조제와 운동 잘때 다리 올려서 자는 등 관리하는 습관이 필요 하더라고요~
