My legs hurt because I've been walking a lot lately due to my busy schedule.
I've been walking a lot more than usual these past few days due to a tight schedule outside the office, and I'm worried because I suddenly feel a sharp pain in my leg muscles and joints, as if they've been strained.
I usually walk regularly, so I was able to proceed with my schedule without much worry, but perhaps because of the sudden increase in activity, my calves and soles of my feet feel swollen and tight, and my lower body feels numb at night, making it difficult to sleep well.
I'd like to hear some valuable advice from those of you who have experience with simple, at-home methods like hot and cold compresses or effective muscle relaxation techniques using foam rollers to quickly relieve leg pain that occurs after strenuous walking.
Due to a tight schedule recently, I've been walking more than usual, and my lower body muscles have swollen and my leg pain has gotten worse. I'm wondering how to manage this quickly in my daily life.
