Concerned about increasingly prominent forehead wrinkles... What treatment would be best?
These days, when I look in the mirror, I'm worried because the wrinkles on my forehead seem to be getting more and more obvious.
I have a lot of fine wrinkles and lines.
Even when you're still, you can see thin lines, and when you make a facial expression, they become deeper.
If you look closely, it's at the level of a seam...
Come to think of it, I tend to put a lot of strength into my forehead when I open my eyes.
When I look at the video I took, I see that I use my forehead a lot when making facial expressions or just talking.
It's a habit I've had since I was young
I think I have a habit of unconsciously raising my eyebrows and opening my eyes.
That's why I feel like I develop forehead wrinkles faster than my peers.
So I'm thinking about whether I should get the procedure done.
I know there are many different types of treatments, but which one is the best?
Which is better among botox, filler, and lifting? Are there more types than these?
If I have wrinkles that appear when I make facial expressions like mine, is botox the right choice?
If the wrinkles are caused by sagging, do I need fillers?
Or if it's an elasticity issue, would lifting be more helpful...
There are many who say that if you touch your forehead wrong, it will look unnatural, so it's not easy to decide.
And are there any home care methods that can be done at home before the procedure?
I'm also curious to know if there are any people who have found helpful methods for correcting forehead tension habits, or have found effective massage, exercise, or functional cosmetics.
Since it hasn't fully sunk in yet, I'd like to try to manage it as much as possible if I can.
Those of you who are worried about forehead wrinkles~
Could you please share your realistic experiences on which method worked best for you?
