Question) How long does the double eyelid crease last?

I had an eyelid double eyelid surgery with a buried suture in my late 20s, but I heard that the sutures can loosen over time and require a revision surgery. It hasn't loosened yet and is still well maintained, but I was told it might loosen as time passes.

Does reoperation apply to all people who have undergone embedding? I am curious about how long the duration lasts for those who have had embedding.
