Which is better: open or closed removal of nasal implants?

I had a nose surgery 15 years ago, but over time

The implant is starting to become visible, so I am considering removing it completely this time.

I visited two counseling centers, and one recommended a surgical method.

Another place says it is also sufficiently possible with a non-invasive method.

Since I performed a non-invasive procedure during the first surgery, I am somewhat inclined to choose a non-invasive approach this time as well.
Since the implant is old, open surgery might be more accurate for a clean removal... I'm 고민됩니다.

Has anyone had it removed non-invasively?
I'm particularly curious whether even old Gore-Tex can be removed without any issues through non-invasive methods.
