Are there cases where you don't experience any pulling sensation after contouring and liposuction?

Usually, after contouring or liposuction, people say they feel tight.

I didn't do it because the hospital where I had surgery told me I didn't need to.
I just thought it was okay back then, but now I wonder why I didn't do it. ㅠ

It seems that almost all other hospitals do it, but could it be that it varies depending on the case?
