My nose is very congested after rhinoplasty. Will it improve if I remove it?

It's been about two months since I had rhinoplasty, but my nasal congestion has worsened over the past few weeks...
At first, only one side was blocked, but now it feels like both sides are completely blocked, making it very difficult to breathe.
The ENT doctor said that the mucous membrane is swollen.

I've never had allergies like rhinitis before, so I'm more worried and feeling frustrated.

I often have trouble breathing and wake up gasping at night, and even daily life is very difficult.
Are there any people who experienced reoperation or removal after nose surgery and had their nasal congestion improve?
