Traditional Korean medicine diet methods to prevent yo-yo effects

I tried traditional Korean medicine dieting, but I found taking herbal medicine difficult. I was already not good at taking medicine, so I was very worried, but I started because I heard it was effective. I did lose weight, but afterward, I experienced the yo-yo effect. Is there a way to prevent the yo-yo effect after traditional Korean medicine dieting? Losing weight is hard, but maintaining it seems even more difficult. Since I can't keep taking herbal medicine forever, I wish there was a way to prevent the yo-yo effect. I'm curious.
