These days, the weather is very hot. I usually manage my stamina through exercise, but I wonder if I caught the heat, as I feel unusually weak.
It's not that I exercise for record-keeping, but overall, my exercise efficiency is also very poorㅠㅠ
Even when I decide to go to bed early the night before because I feel tired, I still find it difficult to get up in the morning, and I continue to have a sluggish day during the daytime.
There are no other medications taken apart from occasionally taking a multivitamin and preparing three proper meals a day.
It's been over a week in this situation already, am I suffering from heatstroke?
People around me keep telling me to at least try herbal medicine, but I'm hesitant because I'm not really sure if taking medicine will actually improve anything.
Is there a good way to wisely get through this hot summer?
