Usually, Korean men tend to have high cholesterol, right? My biological father has high cholesterol. When he went for a health checkup, the doctor asked him if he was taking "Omega-3" because his cholesterol was high.

Dad said, "Even the doctor told me to take omega-3," haha.

I told my husband, who has high cholesterol, that no matter what, he must take "Omega-3"!! He doesn't take supplements regularly. Actually, when he was young, he didn't take supplements much, but now that he's at an age to think about health!!!^^

Since then, I have been taking "Omega-3" regularly in the morning and evening.

When comparing last year's health checkup results with this year's, the blood lipid test results show that cholesterol and triglyceride levels have decreased.
