Omega-3 is limited in quantity when consumed as a food, so it is better to take it as a health supplement.

Looking at its efficacy, the most representative benefits are that it purifies the blood and lowers cholesterol, helping to prevent high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, and myocardial infarction.

It is also good for eye health and is said to have the effect of improving dry eye syndrome. Additionally, it lowers the level of inflammation in the body, making it very effective for improving allergies and immune diseases, and it also helps with inflammatory conditions.

Again, it also affects brain DHA, improving memory, and is said to be good for preventing dementia, so I really think it's a supplement you must take.

The appropriate dosage is 1000mg per day when the goal is simply maintaining health, and 3000mg per day when aiming to maximize effects.

Side effects are not common, but gastrointestinal disturbances, diarrhea, headaches, and hives may occur, so it is recommended to take the medication after meals.

The precautions are that patients with hypertension or diabetes who are taking medications like aspirin should consult with a healthcare professional before taking it. They should also be careful not to overlap with blood circulation enhancers or blood clot dissolvers.

To choose the best omega-3, it is first important to check what kind of container it is stored in. If it is in a container that allows light to pass through, it can oxidize, so an opaque container is preferable. The ideal purity is said to be 80%. Since the rTG form has the best absorption rate, it is recommended to choose the rTG form if possible.

Per capsule. It is preferable if the total EPA+DHA content exceeds 1000mg, but since the pill size increases, swallowing may be difficult, so taking 800mg is also acceptable. Usually, 800~1000mg per capsule is considered appropriate.
