I experienced hair loss after taking Maunzaro. Will my hair grow back?

Hello. My herniated disc worsened due to rapid weight gain, so after consulting with a doctor, I started taking Maunza. It has been 8 weeks since I began the 2.5mg Maunza injections, exactly two months. Since then, I have successfully lost 7kg. However, the important thing is that I have experienced hair loss. I already had alopecia areata and was seriously considering whether I should take hair loss medication, but my hair loss has worsened since I started taking Maunza. Did the Maunza injections cause my hair loss to become severe? Or is it due to a nutritional deficiency? Has anyone else experienced hair loss after taking Maunza? Will my hair grow back?
