Has anyone experienced side effects from Wigovina Maunzaro?

Has anyone who has received the Wigovina or Maunzaro injection experienced any side effects? Some people say they didn't experience any, while others say they did. My digestive system hasn't been in the best condition to begin with, so I am a bit concerned.

저는 맞아 보지 않아서 부작용은 잘 모르겠지만, 검색해보면 위고비 부작용이야기 많이 보이더라구요. 
전 좀 무서운거 같아요.

위고비, 마운자로 모두 메스꺼움, 변비, 설사 같은 위장 부작용이 초기에 가장 흔하게 나타나는 부작용입니다. 보통은 투여 초반이나 용량 올릴 때만 나타나고 시간이 지나면 줄어드는 경우가 많고 원래도 소화 상태가 좋지 않다면 용량을 더 신중하게 조절하는 게 필요합니다
