Can the under-eye area bulge again after fat repositioning?

If you look up reviews of under-eye fat repositioning, you'll find stories of people who were satisfied at first, but whose under-eyes started bulging out again after a few years.
I thought the results would last a long time after just one surgery, but I guess that isn't necessarily the case.
For those of you who had surgery a long time ago, are you still satisfied? I am also curious if revision surgery is common.
