When can I go to work after getting under-eye makeup?

I am considering under-eye fat repositioning, but since I plan to do it while working, the recovery period is the biggest concern.
It is difficult for me to take a long vacation, so I am thinking it might be okay to have surgery on Friday and rest over the weekend.
