I'll leave my first-ever Thermage treatment review.
As I gradually age, I have been worried about the loss of skin elasticity and the fine wrinkles.
After contemplating hundreds of times, I finally received my first Thermage treatment in my life!
I want to leave a review after my first procedure.
Since I usually have little fat on my face and my skin has become increasingly dull and saggy, I heard that Thermage is very effective, so I 고민하다 for a long time, consulted, and received the treatment, haha.
The reason why Thermage is good is because it delivers high-frequency energy to the dermis layer of the skin, helping to regenerate collagen, which results in lifting effects, increased skin elasticity, and improved wrinkles.
I was very nervous before the procedure, haha, to the point of sweating in my hands... Since I applied numbing cream before the procedure, I didn't have to be that nervous, but I found myself getting nervous without realizing it.
The effects were not immediately visible right after the Thermage procedure.
It was also said that after actually undergoing the Thermage procedure, the effects become more visible over time and satisfaction increases.
As time passes, I can see my skin becoming firmer, and people also keep telling me that I look different in some way!
A week later, it looked a bit swollen and plump, as if my face was a little swollen.
About two weeks after the Thermage procedure, the swelling on my face went down and it felt firm and tight!
After the Thermage procedure, the skin becomes firm and wrinkles disappear, so it even looked a bit more visible! I looked less tired!
In the photo, I intentionally made wrinkles around my mouth by smiling, but that's not actually the case~!
If you're worried about facial elasticity and wrinkles, I highly recommend the Thermage procedure!
I am actually very satisfied as well, and I am looking forward to seeing the effects of the Thermage procedure become more apparent over time!

- 01CommentsIf you have many shallow fine lines on your neck, you can consider skin boosters or PN-based injections; if you are concerned about sagging skin and loss of elasticity, you can consider radiofrequency lifting treatments like Oligio. Deep horizontal wrinkles are difficult to improve with lifting alone and may require procedures such as fillers, but careful consideration is crucial due to the neck's high concentration of blood vessels and structures. It is recommended to choose skin boosters for fine lines, radiofrequency for loss of elasticity, and a customized treatment for deep horizontal wrinkles following a specialist's diagnosis.500026.10.24
- 02CommentsOnda Lifting can help reduce a double chin and submental fat, while also refining the jawline. InMode uses radiofrequency energy to induce fat reduction and improve skin elasticity, and the treatment mode is selected specifically by considering both the fat layer and skin sagging. If you have thick submental fat, you can consider Onda, while if you are concerned about both fat and skin sagging, you can consider specific InMode modes; however, the effectiveness varies depending on the individual's fat volume and skin condition. Both procedures may cause swelling and bruising. Costs vary depending on the treatment area, number of sessions, and equipment settings. If you have little cheek volume or are concerned about cheek hollowing, it is advisable to carefully determine the treatment area and intensity to minimize fat reduction.520026.10.24
- 03CommentsOligio is a procedure that uses high-frequency energy to help improve skin elasticity. During the procedure, you may feel warmth, heat, or slight pain, but this varies depending on the intensity and individual sensitivity. Usually, you may feel that your skin has tightened immediately after the procedure, but improvements in elasticity begin to appear gradually around 4 weeks later, so it is recommended to monitor the progress for about 2 to 3 months. The degree of improvement in fine lines varies from person to person, and significant effects are not expected on all fine lines. After the procedure, pay attention to moisturizing and sun protection. If redness or heat persists for a long time or worsens, please contact the clinic where you received the treatment.620026.10.24
- 01CommentsI think this is a perfectly understandable concern you might have while on your diet. When you hit a plateau, slightly adjusting your usual diet or adding light strength training to boost your basal metabolic rate are good solutions. I hope you don't give up and continue with your healthy routine!1505026.10.26
- 02CommentsI also looked for lifting creams before getting a consultation. I could definitely feel the hydration when I applied them, but I didn't really notice any significant improvement in my pores. However, since consistently moisturizing and taking good care of your skin's condition through sun protection helps, I think it would be a good idea to start with home care rather than expecting dramatic results.520026.10.18
- 03CommentsI think it would be better to make a decision after comprehensively considering your current skin elasticity, degree of sagging, and skin thickness, rather than just your age. Rather than starting immediately, it would be advisable to get a thorough consultation to determine if the procedure is necessary and to check for potential side effects or the recovery period before making a choice.473126.10.23
- 01CommentsI see you were very curious about the downtime for the Onda Lifting procedure due to concerns regarding jawline elasticity. While individual differences exist, the Onda Lifting generally causes minimal bruising or swelling, so only slight redness usually occurs on the day of the procedure. You can apply makeup and resume your daily activities without any issues the following day, so please feel free to schedule a consultation.811026.10.09
- 02CommentsIf it were me, I would start by getting the procedure that is your top priority. If your biggest concern is sagging facial contours, I would recommend Ultherapy; if you are more concerned about dull skin, fine lines, or loss of elasticity, I would suggest consulting about Thermage first. Then, observe the results for about two months and proceed with treatments to address any remaining issues. Rather than getting both procedures at once, I think it is better to try one first, taking your skin condition into account!942126.10.21
