Is it okay to get a facial massage after a lifting procedure?

Lately, as I've become more interested in managing my facial contours, I've been looking into lifting procedures. While the procedure itself is important, I've also become curious about how to care for my face afterward.

My face tends to swell easily, so every morning I usually give myself a light facial massage or stroke around my jaw. However, I wasn't sure if I could continue massaging as usual after getting a lifting procedure.

I am worried that rubbing my face too hard or applying pressure might negatively affect the procedure. However, I am also wondering if I should just manage it without doing anything at all.

For those of you who have had a lifting procedure, when did you resume home care such as facial massage or gua sha after the treatment?

I would also like to know if the precautions vary depending on the type of procedure. Please share any aftercare instructions you received from the clinic or any specific precautions you actually took.

I am worried about the habits I unconsciously continued even after the procedure. I would appreciate advice from those with experience.
