I'm considering a thread lift because of facial sagging. For those of you who have had it done, what was your experience like?
My face seems a bit saggy compared to before, so I'm looking into thread lifting.
In particular, I feel like the lower part of my cheeks has sagged slightly, and my jawline isn't as sharp as it used to be, so I find myself more self-conscious when taking photos. However, since my face isn't severely saggy, I'm also debating whether getting a thread lift is the right choice for me.
I understand that thread lifting involves inserting threads to directly pull the skin, but I am curious to know how much improvement those who have actually undergone the procedure felt in sagging or jawline. I would also like to know if the tightening sensation is noticeable immediately after the procedure, or if the changes appear naturally after the swelling subsides.
Since I don't have much facial fat, I am worried that if the thread lift is done incorrectly, my skin might look bumpy or my cheeks might appear sunken. I am also curious to know how much discomfort, such as dimples, tightness, or a foreign body sensation, was experienced after the procedure.
I would also like to know if the effectiveness and duration of thread lifting vary significantly depending on the type of thread used or the procedure method, and what factors should be considered most important when making a decision if it is my first time.
If anyone has received a thread lift for similar facial sagging or jawline issues, please share your experience regarding how natural the results were and how satisfied you were!
