Are Ulthera or Thermage really painful?

I'm looking into lifting procedures, and while the results are important, I'm most worried about the pain.

I looked up reviews and saw some people saying it didn't hurt at all, while others said it was so painful they could never get it again. What is it actually like?

I'm a bit sensitive to pain, so I'm hesitant.

If anyone has received both, Which was more painful, Ulthera or Thermage? I'm curious.
